With the rise of multicountry consolidation, service innovation, working environments, operations efficiency, and competitive advantage are the main topics to be studied.
The main findings of this research include;

1) The big scale freight forwarder is the final winner of operating MCC service.
2) Innovation is of vital importance to the management of enterprise.
3) Innovation within contractual marine transporters must joins with innovations
from multiplt area.
4) The main use of foresighted breakthrough innovations are adopted by various
companies.
5) The indirect impacts of innovative strategies on financial performance.
6) Strategies in innovation may increase customers' satisfaction and other
non-financial factors.

The research offers the following recommendations;

1) Develop a client information infrastructure;
2) Develop capabilities in innovation service differentiation.
3) Respect staff's integrity and foster brain storming culture.
4) Those who are enthusiastic about innovation will become the market leaders;
5) Work together with other international logistic providers in creating new
services.
6) Foresighted judgement and creating new points for prudence are utmost
importance.
