碩士 / 國立臺灣海洋大學 / 系統工程暨造船學系 / 100 / As Information Communucation Technology (ICT) has shown developed rapidly,the importance of Business Process Re-engineering(BPR) has once again been taken into account. Lunching the e-press management in ship manufacture became the primary target. The aim of this research is to develop semi-automated ship-stage scheduling system to improve the flow of information and integration of production information in shipyard production management. Through the system can estimate ship block production schedule and construction sequence. As the result, Workers in the control of production which can also use the system quickly provide the feedback of production schedule on the other hand Managers can use the system to quickly view the difference between the real progress of the production target via this system. In addition, the system can be connected to the various departments of production information, and effectively enhance the Shipyard internal efficiency of production management and information integration applications.
