Spatio-temporal changes of composition and abundance of juvenile fishs in the intertidal zone of Kinmen / 金門潮間帶稚魚組成的時空變化

碩士 / 國立臺灣海洋大學 / 環境生物與漁業科學學系 / 100 / The purpose of this study was tried to investigate the seasonal composition and abundance of juvenile fishes and the environment variations of the intertidal zone of Kinmen. Juvenile fishes were collected from the 9 stations by horizontal towing seine during 2010. Water temperature, salinity, pH and Do were also measured.
Hydrography of the Kinmen was varied with season. Water temperature and salinity were higher in summer(28.9℃, 34.3psu) than in winter(16.5℃, 31.3psu). In contrary, Do was much lower in summer (about 2.5 ㎎/L ) than in winter (12 ㎎/L).
A total of 1,336 individuals of fish belonging to 25 families and 54 taxa were collected. The dominant species were Acanthopagrus latus, Lateolabrax japonicus, Mugil cephalus in winter; Mugilidae, Takifugu niphobles in spring; Ambassis urotaenia, Sillago japonica, Lateolabrax japonicus, Engraulis japonicus., Gerres filamentosus in summer; and Encrasicholina punctifer, Ambassis urotaenia, Liza spp., Acanthopagrus latus, Gerres spp.,and Encrasicholina heteroloba in fall.
The result of PCA analysis indicated the abundance of dominant species accociated with environmental variations. The abundances of latus and japonicus were increased with lower water temperature and higher Do in spring and winter, and decreased with water temperature and lower Do in summer and fall. The abundance of Mugilidae was influenced by the variations of pH,salinity and water temperature. It was hard to explain the relationship of pH and Mugilidae abundance. But the abundance was negatived with the water temperature and salinity .
