碩士 / 國立臺北教育大學 / 自然科學教育學系碩士班 / 100 / Since September 2010 until June 2012, a research had been carried out to investigate the abundance and distribution of freshwater fish and Macrobrachium asperulum in Ru-Yi Lake of New Taipei City. In addition to native speices of Carassius auratus, Macropodus opercularis and Oryzias latipes, the researcher found alien invasive species of Poecilia reticulate, Xiphophorus helleri and Cyprinus carpio. The results showed that the largest population numbers (body length > 23 mm) of M. opercularis estimated by Capture-mark-recapture methods was 350. The breeding season of M. opercularis is from Apirl to September. M. opercularis attached bubble nests to aquatic weeds of Eleocharis dulcis, Utricularia gibba or Sphaerocaryum malaccense etc. The abundance of O. latipes was the largest in summer (55 per capture) and the least in winter (0.7 per capture). The eggs of O. latipes are adhered to U. gibba in breeding season . All of M. opercularis, O. latipes and C. auratus prefer the habitats full of aqutic weeds. However the population of P. reticulate was mainly assembled in the source of lake. There is a growing trend that X. helleri have spread to the whole lake. The impact of C. carpio on the environment yet to be evaluated. The abundance of M. asperulum was the larger in autumn and winter(174 per capture in January). The breeding season is from Apirl to October. 33 species of aquatic insects and 15 familiae, 20 species of aquatic weeds were recorded in Ru-Yi Lake. Quantities of M. asperulum and M. opercularis were significant negative to each other in different areas (r = - .777, p < .05). The abundance of O. latipes population have declined . It may be associated with alien invasive species.
