The County Government provide the special returning bus is a kind of service not making money. So we want to make a deep discussion to the service quality and whether our people want to take the returning bus again. We hope to promote the quality and the effect of the returning bus.
The study is to discuss the relation between the service quality of the returning bus and whether to take the bus again. By the study, we can understand more the influence on all kinds of elements of our people and behaviors. We use social science theory and study method to analyze the statistical data. Then we can use the data very effectively and reduce waste. At the same time, for saving time and running cost, we also provide a proper route and service method.
According to theory, the better the service quality is, the higher we will take the special returning bus again. The study just what we want. That means the higher its service quality is , the higher wish our people will take the returning bus again. If we want to have our people take the special returning bus again, we have to notice our service members’ profession, service attitude and concern about our citizens. We must control our people’s need and evaluation and then we can promote the whole running effect of the special returning bus in Taitung County .
This article is to study the need of Taitung people’s special returning bus. According to the questionnaires, we have analyzed whether they have the wish to take the special returning bus again or not. We use the survey to improve the quality and effect of the returning bus. At the same time, the survey can be used to improve Taitung County Government’s services.
