The characteristics of no differentiation have caused all competitors to get trapped in the red ocean. For the interior design and decoration industry, the transition is bound to composite strategy development. This study aims to explore the main indicators items of interior design and decoration industry to create a blue ocean strategy. Therefore, use document survey and theory to understand the status and problems of interior design and decoration industry. Through the three kinds of generic strategies to classified competitive situation of five forces analysis in industry, to construct the indicators of the assessment items; Analysis through the strategy canvas and four actions framework of the blue ocean strategy, depicts the situation of industry, and use the value innovation logic to break the differentiation and low cost trade-off relationship, develop a new value curve of the interior decoration industry. Expect the study results to provide suggestions and improvements of interior design and decoration industry conduct effectiveness and strategic of indicators study, and then heading the unique blue ocean.
