碩士 / 世新大學 / 行政管理學研究所(含博、碩專班) / 100 / This study aims to explore, using Coast Guard Shore Administration Search Brigade as a case, the effects of leadership style and trust relationships on job involvement and to analyze how different personal backgrounds affect the style of leadership, trust relationships, and job involvement. The study was conducted using statistical method. A survey questionnaire developed from previous researches is administered to respondents drawn from the Coast Guard Shore Administration Search Brigade personnel. A total of 397 questionnaires were distributed, 345 were returned, minus 30 of which were invalid, there were a total of 315 valid questionnaires with the effective response rate of 79%. Sample reliability, validity, descriptive statistics, independent sample t test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product moment correlation and regression analysis are all performed using SPSS statistical software to test hypotheses. The empirical findings are as follows:
I、Members from Search brigade with different background exhibit significant differences on leadership style.
II、Members from Search brigade with different background exhibit significant differences on trust relationships.
III、Members from Search brigade with different background exhibit significant differences on job involvement.
IV、The leadership style and trust relationship of Search Brigade’s all have significant impact on job involvement.
