碩士 / 南台科技大學 / 工業管理研究所 / 100 / The management model of JIT (Just In Time) production systems can effectively utilize all resources within supply chain, the buyer and supplier integrate the purchasing and Inventory Management, manufacturing and delivery activities to reach synchronous as well as inventory management to reduce the costs of production management. While enterprise applies JIT management, the inventory will be reduced to the minimum and transportation capacity limit, or even "zero" level, Will be integrated to minimize the buyer and the seller the total cost for the target.
Therefore, In this study, through the order quantity, delivery of integrated inventory model number of decision variables to search for a different batch sent to the way suppliers production batch and best retailers purchasing bulk analysis of the cost function of the buyers and sellers, a JIT Purchasing system, which considers individual products with a single buyer and a single seller. Under conditions of the "Zero inventory" limited circumstances, the buyer and the seller closely cooperate in accordance with long-term purchase contracts, disposed of in the production line, without making the storage action, establish a more efficient production and procurement processes, to verify and explain the integration of the total cost and the use of numerical examples in order to achieve the minimum buyers and sellers.
