A Study on Leisure Benefits,Experiential Value and Well-being – A Case Study of Shanhai bikeway Users in the Taitung County,Taiwan Area / 休閒效益、體驗價值與幸福感之研究-以台東市山海鐵馬道使用者為例

碩士 / 大仁科技大學 / 休閒健康管理研究所 / 100 / This purpose of this study was to understand status of the leisure benefits, experiential value and well-being of the Shanhai bikeway Users, and explore relevance of the leisure benefits, experiential value and well-being. This study provided 500 questionnaires, 395 questionnaires were obtained. The valid return rate was 79%. Descriptive statistics, t-test, Pearson product-moment correlation analysis, canonical correlation analysis, one-way ANOVA, and factor analysis and other statistical methods for data analysis were employed. The following conclusions were drawn to respond the question of this study:

1.Shanhai bikeway Users in the Taitung County were the majority of women 30-39 years old, military and civil servants, specialist university degree and the average monthly income of less than 20,000 TWD per month.
2.In the Taitung County, the highest level of acceptance of the Shanhai bikeway Users for the leisure benefits was “I think i can relax ,when i do leisure activities in the Shanhai bikeway in the Taitung County”. Dimensions of the leisure benefits contained “health benefits”, “physiological benefits ”, “psychological benefits”, “social benefits ”. And the highest level of recognition was the “health benefits” dimension.
3.In the Taitung County, the highest level of acceptance of the Shanhai bikeway Users for the experiential value was “I feel relaxed when i do leisure activities in the Shanhai bikeway in the Taitung County”. Dimensions of the experiential value contained “consumer return on investment”, “service excellence”, “aesthetics”, “playfulness”. And the highest level of recognition was the “aesthetics” dimension.
4.In the Taitung County,the highest level of acceptance of the Shanhai bikeway Users for well-being was “In the past, some unpleasant thing happened”. Dimensions of the well-being contained “life satisfaction” , “self-affirmation” , “self-confidence”. And the highest level of recognition was the “self-affirmation” dimension.
5.There were differences in age, occupation, educational level, the average monthly income of the demographic characteristics for the leisure benefits of the Shanhai bikeway Users in the Taitung County.
6.There were differences in occupation, the average monthly income of the demographic characteristics for the experiential value of the Shanhai bikeway Users in the Taitung County.
7.There were differences in occupation, the average monthly income of the demographic characteristics for well-being of the Shanhai bikeway Users in the Taitung County.
8.There were significant relationships between leisure benefits and experiential value of the Shanhai bikeway users in the Taitung County.
9.There were significant relationships between experiential value and well-being of the Shanhai bikeway users in the Taitung County.
10.There were significant relationships between leisure benefits and well-being of the Shanhai bikeway users in the Taitung County.
11.The Shanhai bikeway users in the Taitung County showed positive relationships between their leisure benefits, experiential value and well-being. Leisure benefits through experiential value had a significant impact on the relationship between well-being.
