碩士 / 東海大學 / 企業管理學系碩士班 / 100 / Since global warming became a great concern internationally, “Green University” is important one of strategies for Universities around the world to face this environmental crisis in recent years. The Ministry of Education spares no effect to promote the concept of Green University, and launched a Green University plan in 2007. And there are 13 universities in Taiwan jointly signed “The Tallories Declaration＂and become the first batch of Demonstration School of Green University. Green concept, which is resulted from “Green declaration” and “Green environment”, will be applied in teaching, research, and administration throughout all universities. Furthermore all communities will be integrated into a joint effort for sustainable developments.
This study is a preliminary for the sustainable campus Sustainable Campus Planning and Design Guidelines, It can be used as both the university campus to improve the environment, making towards sustainable development. The definition of four carbon reduction performance indicators. Such as Carbon Intensity, Carbon Dependency, Carbon Exposure and Carbon Risk. Tunghai University for research that examine the Greenhouse gas. Tunghai University in the development of green sustainable campus and recommend is to improve to the direction.
The results of this study can be a foundation of Tung hai university to improve campus green environment, thus the vision of the campus sustainability will be fulfilled.
