Global Logistic Management System Supporting Overseas Final Product Manufacturing Based on Bulk Purchase 4PL Model / 支援海外最終產品製造之全球運籌管理模式與系統─以統購4PL服務模式為基

碩士 / 國立臺北科技大學 / 工業工程與管理系碩士班 / 100 / The establishment layout of global planning management and the development of information technology have affected enterprises in Taiwan. Under the impact of increasingly intense global enterprise competition, global planning management has gradually become an important issue that enterprises enter internationalization. In order to meet the current trend of global planning management, Taiwan also actively begins to arrange production and sales distributors all over the world. Since China is relatively closer to Taiwan on geographic location, most production manufacturers of Taiwan’s industry have migrated to China and most components required in final product manufacturing are purchased locally. However, because the quality of the components locally supplied in China is uneven and it is not easy to control the delivery date, the production scheduling and the product yield are unstable, thereby affecting profits. In view of this, in this study, it is expected by the manner of the cross-strait division process between Taiwan and China that the components are produced or provided in Taiwan and then delivered to factories in China, assembled as final products, so as to address the current bottlenecks suffered in production. Analysis and programs of the global planning management mode have been proposed in this study. First, this study explores the operational mode supporting production, information transfer and collaboration of overseas final products in the transnational division process of domestic manufacturing industries. By such, it is understood how domestic manufacturers proceed logistics under the arrangement of the overseas division process. Besides, according to bottlenecks and demands suffered in the current planning management mode, through service modes provided by 4PL, the achievable logistics mode is planned and the effectiveness analysis is assessed, expected to be the basis of the overseas follow-up production of final products. Furthermore, a complete global logistics information platform is built to enhance the planning management efficiency of domestic manufacturers and thus to improve competitiveness in the international market.
