碩士 / 文藻外語學院 / 華語文教學研究所 / 100 / Podcast is considered to be the new trend of personal mobile streaming after Blog.Personal mobile streaming age is coming due to the improvement of technology and popularity of smart phones. All of these deeply affect the language learning and educational training.
Though the high-quality digital technology environment in Taiwan, it seems we are ready on completing some Podcasts of Chinese language learning, however, it’s a pity that the study of using podcast into Chinese language teaching is not enough.
The purpose of this study was to build a model of podcast applying in the Chinese language teaching. Besides, the beneficial part is that the paperhope can enhance the Chinese language teaching of Taiwan local culture and Mobile learning through the podcast.
This paper first examines related researches, including studies of podcast applying into the education and Chinese language teaching, theories about Mobile learning and strategies of second language teaching.
Then this paper developed an instructional design of Chinese language adopts the ADDIE model, evaluated the teaching result by the questionnaire design and interviewing measurement.
To sum up, this paper provides an example of Chinese language teaching assisted instructional design through using the “Wenzao Chinese Podcast Learning System”. And the application mode of podcast will no longer be “listening”, it can also include other language skills, mobile learning and Taiwan local culture experiences.
Hope the results of this paper can provide Chinese language teacher another way to think about the instructional design of Chinese language teaching, and more application modes of podcast will be created.
