Haier Group as the new entrants in the global while goods industry in 1980s. With twenty-five years of effort, leading Whirlpool and won the first of the global white goods brand in 2009. Moreover, won the top spot for the next three years.

The findings are as follows:
1. The CEO of Haier Group, Mr. Zhang Ruimin's leadership guide the behavior and the development of the entire organization.

2. The motivation of the Haier Group's achievements is the organization's entrepreneurial spirit and innovation spirit.

3. The "Win-win Mode of Individual-Goal Combination" strategy is a market-oriented strategy.

4. Haier Group's white goods have more than 80% of sales from the mainland China.
