碩士 / 元智大學 / 機械工程學系 / 100 / Our country Taiwan is an island. While we develop and exploit the marine resources, more attention should be paid to the protection of these precious resources. The research aims to focus on where 54% of the total marine pollutions come from – pollution from the ships and to discuss the current surveillance mechanism of marine pollutions. This research collected and analyzed ship pollution incidents of Taiwan as well as the world in recent years decide key parameters related to the ship pollutions, and develop the ship pollution notification system based on .Net Framework. Besides the analysis of static information of AIS (Automatic Identification System), the program also functions to send warning alerts through email and record the information.
The research has made the Notification System for Marine Pollution Monitoring Network. The writer hopes to provide a method, except for the passive decontamination afterwards, to improve the protection of marine environment in the future.
