碩士 / 中華科技大學 / 電子工程研究所碩士班 / 101 / The thesis is to the use of MEMS inertial sensors to achieve low-cost inertial navigation system, mainly using MEMS inertial sensors to detect the location and attitude of objects instead of having to navigate disoriented. In recent years, micro-electromechanical (MEMS) technology and rapid development as well as the technology matures, the inertial navigation system can be applied to many places.
This thesis is the development of low-cost inertial navigation system, the system integration, including both hardware and software; hardware includes: two sets of two-dimensional MEMS accelerometer sensor, three groups of MEMS gyro sensors, power pressure circuit, DAQ data acquisition card and data processing end PC; software, data acquisition software, signal filtering, attitude displacement conversion software and navigation oriented software development in LabVIEW environment.
The above combination to achieve the confirmation of the movement and attitude of all places, the use of the DAQ device collection sensors axial signal change in vehicle movement, and the information received by the DAQ device via NI LabVIEW software programamount converted to physical quantities, the change of velocity of the gyro angle change with the accelerometer and then computing the attitude angle and displacement of the object via the navigation program, so as to realize low-cost inertial navigation system, the system after the verification of the actual operation, the overall structure of hard and soft body, are all normal operation.
Keywords: MEMS accelerometers, MEMS gyroscopes, LabVIEW, DAQ, inertial navigation systems, error compensation
