碩士 / 中華科技大學 / 土木防災與管理碩士班 / 101 / Disaster rescue is the duty of firefighters. As an old saying goes, "A workman must sharpen his tools if he is to do his work well." At the disaster rescue spot, the most important thing besides the fire fighting vehicle is the equipment. Since the logistic supply in fire fighting system is an independent unit, only through well integrated logistic supply and management can make good preparations for front-line fighting. Taking New Taipei City Fire Department for example, it has largest number of firefighters and equipment either in types or numbers. Therefore, it's necessary to study how to enhance the logistic management for fire equipment.
To construct a logistic management system, there are many types of identifying tags: barcode, QR Code and RFID. So it is important to figure a strategy to achieve better management. This study aims to achieve sufficient equipment supply and to make the best use of equipment. Find a suitable management system for fire department through applying AHP to New Taipei City logistic management system.
This study finds that when choosing a type of tags for logistic management system, the priority of factors is shown as following order: cost, human resources, time, safety, and diversity. Considering these factors, the mixed use of QR Code, active RFID and passive RFID is the best solution. This study may contribute to the enhancement of the logistic management system in the future.
