碩士 / 長榮大學 / 高階管理碩士在職專班 / 101 / Domestic and foreign statistics of crackup cases prove that “human factors” are the main causes of those accidents which account for 69.7% of them.Excep for a few omissions from flight control as well as air traffic control, these human factors like poor communication, misunderstanding, lack of efficiency in the cabinet, failed leadership in flight organization, hasty team decision-making process and mismanagement are in great connection with those accidents.
Anchored on the point of views mentioned above, this study is to discuss how the organization atmosphere of organizational culture, flight-safety culture and leadership affect the crews’ job performance. Also, the study is to discover how the communication competence in crew resource management, physical, mental airworthiness and working team affect the crews’ job performance when they carry out flight.
In the study, we’ve handed out 505 questionnaires to native military, civil service and civi helicopter crews; 452 valid questionnsires were retrieved. The rate of valid retrieve is 89.5%. Using the structural equation model to test and verify the outcome, we could come to conclusion as fllowing: 1. The organizational culture has remarkable positive effects on crew resource management. 2. The organizational culture has remarkable positive effects on job performance. 3. The crew resource management has remarkable positive effects on job performance. 4. The organizational culture factors, leadership is the most significant one(0.879). 5. The crew resource management factors, working team is the most significant one(0.899). 6. The job performance factors, professional culture is the most significant one (0.891).
