碩士 / 嘉南藥理科技大學 / 職業安全衛生系暨產業安全衛生與防災研究所 / 101 / The Port of Kaohsiung has become the major port of import and export in Taiwan. It can be verified from the throughput of the container terminals. The container shipping and stevedoring companies at the Port of Kaohsiung have taken "zero occupational accident and zero industrial safety incident" as their primary objectives and invest a lot of funds and resources to implement the goals. However, in recent years, the occupational accidents of the container terminals at the Port of Kaohsiung are not fully eliminated and incidents unceasingly happen. This study explored the reasons of the major accidents that occurred at the container terminals and found the negligence of human was the main cause. Then it provided the industries relative to the ports with the innovative prevention measures by means of Theory of Inventive Problem Solving (TRIZ) to reduce the occurrence of occupational accidents in the future.
