碩士 / 正修科技大學 / 化工與材料工程研究所 / 101 / This report demonstrates a novel design of Microfluidic set up being used to prepare the microspheres and the analysis of the microspheres as well as the exploring of the biocompatible micro-spherical characteristics of sodium alginate and chitosan. The Microfluidic experimental setup is made of tapered polypropylene micro-volume pipette tips being coaxially aligned as micro-fluid channels. Syringe pump is used to control the flow rate, in the meantime, flow rate and fluid shear stress can truncate the liquid to form the droplets, In this study, experimental microfluidic device will cut into droplets of sodium alginate and calcium chloride cured to form calcium alginate microspheres as release assay the results are as follows.
1.study drug release experiment mainly calcium alginate microspheres as a drug carrier,Diclofenac sodium, theophylline analog drugs,Use of calcium alginate microspheres embedded theophylline, Diclofenac sodium, calcium alginate composite microspheres were used in artificial gastric juice and artificial intestinal fluid.
2. calcium alginate microspheres as a drug carrier, Diclofenac sodium, theophylline analog drugs, the use of different methods for producing microspheres, microfluidic devices two, three element manufactured microspheres, in proportion with the external immersion manufactured chitosan microspheres and then compare the wet bulb and dry bulb composite microspheres in the artificial gastric juice and artificial intestinal fluid release rates under comparison.
