The Shanghai Cooperation Organization in the field of counter-terrorism cooperation, but to establish the basis of an effective solution on border security issues. View terrorism increasingly serious security threat in Xinjiang, Central Asia, North Caucasus region, it is clear that a single country alone can not be an effective deterrent against regional or international cooperation, and therefore must practice.
