碩士 / 大漢技術學院 / 流通與行銷管理研究所 / 101 / The household sewage piping is one important indicator of international appraisal of living quality for countries and acts as one of the national competitiveness indicators assessed by Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Lausanne. In recent years, the government has devoted substantial budget to the “Challenge 2008 – National Development Plan,“New Ten-Projects,”Fourth Stage of Sewage Construction Plan,” and “12 Major Construction Projects” to actively unfold the sewage construction in counties and cities throughout Taiwan.
The first stage plan was implemented in Hualien (Hualien City and Jian County) between 1999 and 2008, whereas the primary piping construction was completed. To continue the sewage system construction plan in Hualien, the second stage implementation was proposed to organize the scheduled execution for household connection pipes between 2009 and 2014. The budget is estimated at NT 5,662,040,000 and the number of household connection pipes will reach approximately 23,952 households.
The study applies questionnaire survey to analyze the effectiveness of government policy marketing prior to the household connection pipes, the perceived value of customer (household connection pipes) during construction, and the customer satisfaction after completion as well as future loyalty to related government policies from Jian Township of Hualien County. The study hereby proposes research findings and recommendations in view of the understanding to the different association, and the demand and issues with different levels for use as reference and direction in future government related policy marketing.
