碩士 / 大葉大學 / 管理學院碩士在職專班 / 101 / This study focuses on the Taiwanese expatriates in mainland China, on attempting to understand the effectiveness of both personality and job situation upon job involvement and how they are finally affect job performance.
It uses questionnaire survey to explore expatriate’s personality、job involvement、job performance and job situation characteristics of the company the expatriates served in mainland China.
By mean of it could help companies, based on expatriates’ personality characteristics to plan suitable methods and course of action that meet the needs of company organizational development to choose organizational fit candidates to enhance and keep better performance in recruitment strategy.
Findings are as below:
1. Expatriate’s personality affect job involvement.
2. Expatriate’s job situation partially affects job involvement.
3. Expatriate’s job involvement affect job performance.
