Optimal Project Team Assessment for Outline Seawall Construction / 外廓海堤工程之最適專案施工團隊分析

碩士 / 國立高雄應用科技大學 / 土木工程與防災科技研究所 / 101 / The project for a huge amount of funds has different construction processes with a more complicated operational interface. Engineering progress network diagrams and engineering staffs are also relatively numerous. The efficiency of communication and coordination between the project team is the main reason for the success of engineering construction. Therefore, a sound framework of engineering organization is more and more important. In view of this, the study used the outline seawall construction as an example. Construction progress network diagrams must be finished first. Then, the relationship matrix for construction project team was built. Also, it was summarized as various alternative proposals for project team organization. Finally, the communicational impedance value of different organizational hierarchy for various alternative proposals can be quantified by using Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process technique. Consequently, the optimal organization plan will be selected from various alternative project teams.
The result of optimal project team for outline seawall construction showed that the communicational impedance values for the various alternative project teams of the four-level hierarchy are higher than 16.174, which is a poor communicational project team; the communicational impedance values for the various alternative project teams of the three-level hierarchy are less than 14.766, which is the more cooperative organizational coordination. Therefore, the project team composed of more parallel and less hierarchical organization will help to improve the coordination efficiency of outline seawall construction.
