碩士 / 國立高雄應用科技大學 / 光電與通訊工程研究所 / 101 / Fish lamps are tools used by the phototaxis of fishes to catch fishes through gathering them in the range of the nets cast from fishing boats, which can also effectively increase the yield on catching fishes.
Currently, LED fish lamps still need to go with High Intensity Discharge(HID) lamps for work in order to achieve the goal of gathering fishes as well as lighting for shipboard operations. Thus, if merely LED fish lamps are used, insufficient illumination can be provided for jobs required on boat decks because of their small divergent angles. However, the High Intensity Discharge lamps have shortcomings in their power consumption and ultraviolet light which is too strong. In addition, HID sources show that although their consumption power and optical efficiency are both higher than the LED (63 lm / w) fish lamps in the text, due to their light sources over 300 degrees of divergent angles, there is only about 1/8 of light can be irradiated on the sea or decks in case of barely using HID lamps.
We will comply with the regular placement and height of lamps on fishing boats in optical simulation, applying LED fishing work lamps to shipboard operations on decks and LED fish lamps to gathering fishes as well as illuminating, to confirm the required numbers from the result of its illuminance distribution.
Analyzed results indicate the quantity of LED fish lamps as well as LED fishing work lamps and their location, replacement and rake required to satisfy both purposes of gathering fishes and lighting on board simultaneouly. Moreover, it provides us to design a free curved surface LED secondary component with light type of both fish lamps and LED fishing work lamps through these analyses and data from simulation, making both kinds of lamps a combination lamp. This allows us not only to save the costs of lamp mold development, but also to place sufficient LED lamps in order to meet the needs of gathering fishes and illuminating during operations.
Therefore,we simulate the illuminance distribution of lighting space on small fishing boats from simulation analyses and probes in accordance with this shortcoming, and design a new fish lamp of non- axial symmetry to simulate its illuminance distribution and light type under same lighting space. Finally, we compare the new fish lamps with the old ones to see if they meet the requirements of shipboard operations and illumination as the old ones do.
