The Effect of Intrinsic Motivation of Apprentice of Dual System of Vocational Training on Learning Effectiveness—The h Corporation A Factory as an Example / 雙軌訓練旗艦技術生內在動機對學習成效性影響之研究:以h公司A廠為例

碩士 / 龍華科技大學 / 商學與管理研究所 / 101 / This research object is grown for the research object for h Company Dual System technology, ones that canvasses Intrinsic Motivation, Learning Effectiveness are related. The questionnaire investigation of this research sends out 200 questionnaires together, 175 valid questionnaires, 87.5% of rate of recovery. The materials got are with Descriptive Statistics, statistical method such as Correlation Statistics, t-test Independent samples are examined. After analyzing the data, the research findings are as follows:
First of all, technology grows the background and changes one (gender, department, residence, school) To showing positive correlation on Intrinsic Motivation and Learning Effectiveness.
Secondly, It has apparent positive correlation to Learning Effectiveness that technology grows the level of Intrinsic Motivation.
Third, technology grows the power of Intrinsic Motivation to feel to the work that meets apparent influence.
Among them, intrinsic Motivation -(1) Receive positive value in the work; (2)Make individual receive enthusiasm and positive response,etc. and construct the surface two times at work, construct the surface - ability to express (communicate and coordinate) with Learning Effectiveness ,It is influenced that not relevant.
Moreover, it has apparent influence on working independence that technology grows the power of Intrinsic Motivation.
