The issue of negative impact of environment cased by tourism behavior is getting more attention gradually. With global warming, climate change, energy saving and carbon reduction issues concerned in the international community, "low-carbon tourism" has become the new trend development, the most important is to promot the green transportation on recreation route planning.
However, how to cobine green transportation and recreation route planning? Which indicators need to be considered? All of these must be explored carefully. Thus, this study aims to clarify the indicators of green transportation and recreation route planning issues first, then using Fuzzy Delphi Method (FDM) to sift the indicators out and sum up the relationship of green transportion and recreation route planning. Analytic network process (ANP) be used to calculate the weight of indicators and sum up the priority of indicators and plans. Finally, providing reference resources during the green transport recreation route planning has been expected.
