The Comparison of the Interaction and Contents between Teachers and Parents in Private Kindergartens in Both Sides of Taiwan Straits / 海峽兩岸私立幼兒園親師互動管道、內容之比較

碩士 / 銘傳大學 / 管理學院高階經理碩士學程 / 101 / Due to the change of social environments, governmental policies, and birth types, parents of private kindergartens in both China and Taiwan have changed their educational concepts; therefore, the way to run kindergartens have also changed. Establishing the relationships between parents and teachers should be valued as a key point to maintain connections between children and the kindergartens. Thus, this research would focus on the comparison of the interaction and contents between teachers and parents in private kindergartens in both China and Taiwan. The research method is individual interview. The interview subjects includes three kindergarten teachers from China, three parents from China, three kindergarten teachers from Taiwan, two parents from Taiwan, and a parent from Taiwan who were a kindergarten teacher in China before. The interview subjects were twelve in total. After analyzing based on the contents of interviews, the research would propose a conclusion, some suggestions, and elaborations of the differences between the interview result and references, in order to respond the question and purposes of this research.
Under the affection of declining birth rates, governmental policies, and competition between the same trade, Taiwan has more multiple ways of interaction and deeper discussions between parents and teachers. On the other hand, the policies in China have made a stable birth rate, so the relationship between parents and teachers are comparatively passive.
With the development of technology, the way of interaction between parents and teachers changes. And the content of discussions has gradually changes from larger, mutual aspects to more separative, individual ones. Positive interactions between parents and teachers will be an important factor for the development of both the kindergartens and the children in there. The establishment of interactions between parents and teachers depends on the way they choose and what their communication contents are based on. Thus, the appropriate ways of interactions and proper communication contents should be the two main targets for parents and teachers to pursue in order to enhance their interactive relationship.
