碩士 / 明新科技大學 / 工業工程與管理研究所 / 101 / In order to reduce the additional damage to the Earth’s environment caused by undue package, this research expects to rethink the appropriateness of transport package by studying. In the meanwhile, we also analyze the performance of carbon reduction of green package. First, VSM (Value Stream Map) is applied to find the main cause of waste, Then TRIZ is used to reduce the waste and environmental impact of transport package. Finally a real case of TFT-LCD road test illustrates carbon reduction of this research.
