Following the globalization and competition,the electronic and IT hardware manufactory in Taiwan must survive with the constant advantage. Thus many of the enterprises establish subsidiaries in the target markets or areas at overseas to process the local business and market development as one of the major way to growth.
The case study will cite Industrial Personal Computer industry as major study field and take the US and China subsidiaries of domestic company case for example. Through their development in local market to know the reason to cause their different selling models. Such as product development,global market strategy from headquarter and industry trend..etc. We will also refer to the related theory and study structure focus on “The comparison and analysis of industrial personal computer selling model in US and China markets”,“The influence of industry trend and parent company to overseas subsidiaries selling model ”,“The evaluation of local environmental factors of overseas subsidiaries”..etc. According to our study,we find that subsidiaries market strategy is not only influenced by headquarter strategy and industry trend but also take the environmental factors into consideration to their adjustment. It includes customer character,government policy and technical development and so on.
In addition, we will present the suggestions concerning the business development,risk management,talent cultivation and capability to own for building up subsidiaries in US and China markets.
