The Investigation on Navigation Attributes that Stationary Web Experience Affects Mobile Web Usability / 以導覽架構探討傳統網頁使用經驗影響行動網頁使用性

碩士 / 國立成功大學 / 工業設計學系碩博士班 / 101 / Internet technology advanced the diversification of Internet devices. Different devices had their specific physical restrictions which emerged the phenomenon of platforms. Website was one of examples. Mobile website displayed its stationary webpage on small screen. In order to fit in with screen size, webpage would be changed a lot. However, the user who had stationary website usage habit encountered usage gap on mobile website. Up to this point, while there has been research on graphic and engineering orientation, there has thus far been relatively little research into this issue. Therefore, present study aimed to explore the issue from functional and user-center orientation. In light of this concern, three major purposes were: (a) to verify the relationship between convergence experience and navigation structure; (b) to illustrate how convergence experience be arose; and (c) to recommend website design applications.
The result of four dimension usability test indicated that convergence experience had a significant effect on cross-media website usage in navigation structure level. Moreover, through the respective testing, different experienced degree of user included different operation performances. This paper summarized the performances from three experienced degrees: typical non-experienced group, medium group and typical experienced group. Additionally, in order to reduce the usage gap in initially design, this work built up the TEG user’ sequence models to realize how the trigger of convergence experience occurred. And the trigger points could be the applications of website design.
