Study on the Administrative Legal System of Fish Farming in Taiwan / 我國養殖漁業行政法制之研究

碩士 / 國立成功大學 / 法律學系 / 101 / Increasing population on Earth has been increasing demand for food, but the climate change, farming and animal husbandry are reduced, so that the relative increase of the demand for fish. With the general improvement in global economic development and people's standard of living. The growing demand of the international market for the consumption of aquatic products,and only rely on traditional capture fishing can no longer meet the demand for fishery products ,and the need to rely on Aquaculture to compensate for such needs. Taiwan is located in subtropical regions, a mild climate,with the development of fish farming good environmental conditions , and the ongoing development and improvement of the aquatic plant production technology to enhance the various farming techniques. They make fish farming in Taiwan also booming with the countries in the world at the same time in recent years.
There are some problems including the use of water resources,fish farming,disease prevention and treatment,and how to prevent the disaster relief of the aquaculture.
