碩士 / 國立交通大學 / 客家文化學院客家社會與文化學程 / 101 / This research aims to discuss the changes of landscapes and neighborhood relationships under the pressure of city competitiveness and urban expansion. Based on the case, Knowledge-based Economy Flagship Park Master Plan (also known as PUYU project), the researcher interviewed the local residents by the use of field research and document analysis with the purpose of proposing a suitable resettlement program in urban renewal and maintaining neighborhood relationships.
This study also proposes strategies to preserve the local Hakka culture and through the reconstruction program, so that the community consciousness can be sustained. To develop a perfected community reconstruction program, this study provides alternative perspectives of this urban design to related researchers and the public sector.
