this situation, this study uses a variety of files, including the files of Academia History,the files of Institute of Modern History, Academia Sinica, the files of Ministry of National Defense R.O.C., the files of The National Archives, the Memoirs of Governor of Hong Kong. Besides, this study also adopts the newspapers of Taiwan,
China, and Hong Kong, trying to review the case of “Yung Hao” and propose a newperspective.
After inspecting and researching the files, this study provided us with there are three perspectives which are ignored in the past. (1) Understand the lending and cooperation relationship between the Republic of China, the Whampoa Dock Company, the United States, the Shipyard in Japan, and the Philippine Bank of Communications (2) Understand the complexity international competitive cooperation relationship, especially the interaction between the Republic of China, the People's Republic of China, the United Kingdom and the United States in the Early Cold-War Era. (3) Understand the Republic of China in military and diplomatic effort.
Therefore, through a variety of files, examining the logic and point of previous studies, then modifying and make it into application. It not only can correct historical perspective an "uprising" in the past studies, but also deeply understand the interaction between related countries.
