碩士 / 國防大學管理學院 / 財務管理學系 / 101 / Logistics is the basis for the overall combat strength of the national armed forces and military, and transportation plays an important role in logistics operations. As military personnel are being streamlined and logistics organizations adjusted and modified, the methods of strengthening and investing in transport units is a critical topic. With increases in economic and population growth, the overall transport volume for logistics worldwide has steadily increased. In response to these changes in the social environment, the telematics system industry, which integrates convenience, safety, intelligence, efficiency, and leisure in motor vehicle and road-use environments, has developed advantageously and become vital to advancing transport volume. This study explores the effects of an integrated telematics system on increasing the supply and allocation efficacy of military transport units. By understanding the current status of the industry and the services provided, and discussing cases of carrier fleets and their effectiveness in comparison to the procedures of current military transport units, this study uses the UNISON decision analysis framework and analytic hierarchy process to determine the relevant and required functions for military transport units. This can serve as a reference basis for relevant planning, decision-making, and research and design units.
