碩士 / 國立高雄海洋科技大學 / 漁業生產與管理研究所 / 101 / Recently the fishing village in Taiwan has faced coastal fisheries resource depletion and influence of the population outflow, aging of the labors and fishery management difficult situation, and the development of the fishing village in a considerable degree of restriction. A great demand for the use of transition activation is needed for a fishing village regeneration to revitalize fishing village vitality, and promoting community economic development.
According to the previous mention, this study is focused on Yong-an District, Kaohsiung City, Sin-Gana Community residents to carry out the implementation of the manpower training of fishing village regeneration incubation project. Domestic and foreign literatures, field survey and questionnaires are used to understand the community residents involved in motivation of the programs. Also the degree of importance and satisfaction were realized. For impeding the put forward solutions, this study aims to provide the government with counseling units, as a reference to assist community development.
In this study, at all of 74 questionnaires which effective rate was 98.7%. Descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Correlation analysis and Regression analysis are applied to analyze. The results are as follows:
1. There is significant difference between profile variables and motivation of participants.
2. There is significant correlation between different motivations and the importance of participants.
3. There is significant correlation between different motivations and the satisfaction of participants.
4. There is significant difference between the degree of importance and satisfaction of participants.
A number of issues need to be improved according with IPA, SWOT and TOWS matrix analyses. The suggestions are as followings:
1. The programs should be adjusted in accordance with the community features.
2. Enhancing communication and contact with the counseling team and community.
3. Assisting the future manpower training of rural rejuvenation plan.
4. Courses of the program must be continuous.
5. To assist the courses in promotion of eco-conservation.
6. The results of SWOT and TOWS analyses could be as reference to the community.
