First, a "literature review of" low-carbon cities and abroad to collect and sustainable development, the development of electric vehicles and other related documents to construct the original evaluation factors and hierarchical structure. Followed by "priority scale evaluation indicators Questionnaire" expert questionnaire industry, government, academia expert advice in all areas screening assessment factor, establishing evaluation factors and hierarchical structure. Finally through the "AHP" questionnaire integration of government, academia and other fields expert opinions, and seek relevant assessment factors and levels of prioritization indicators and weights results.
Based on the above background and motivation, this study government agencies, industry, academia, other (including engineering consultants), as the research object, a questionnaire survey, a total of 1,015 valid questionnaires were recovered; studies mainly use statistical methods AHP, radar analysis, the study on the original evaluation factors, assess the applicability of the application system, the weights of evaluation indicators, as well as related fields such as variance analysis results of expert opinions, conclusions are summarized as follows:Create a "low-pollution transport systems construct low-carbon industrial zone" assessment system, including assessment for three, five and five key elements assessed evaluation factors; Processing Zone by the Nanzi promote less polluting transport air pollution reduction demonstration runs questionnaire , green energy technology, implementation costs, public acceptance and implementation of policies such as the five degrees and in different industries for cross-analyzing the results do not show for "promoting motor vehicles and battery exchange system" as the first priority; followed by "promoting public bicycle rental system "," net area to promote air quality control. "
In summary, the model obtained in this study will be the optimal strategy to promote motor vehicles and charging stations, and promote public bicycle rental system, promote clean air zone control policy adopted as a target to extend the above conclusions, recommendations for future researchers.
