The Study of Factory Construction Processes of the Green Transportation Vehicles by Using Project Management / 應用專案管理進行綠能運輸工具建廠流程之研究

An enterprise is not possible to be successful by keeping producing the same products or using the same methods to do the jobs. It has to think about “Innovation” all the time. Innovation is the key to penetrate the market and be the leader of the industry. In order to keep an enterprise survived and successful, the company has to continuously monitor its own performance and enhance its competitive advantages.
The quality, costs and schedule control is very important to construct a green vehicle transportation factory. Hence, “project management” is a good instrument to be applied to strictly control the whole process. There are five steps to implement the Project Management: initiating, planning, execution, control and case closing. These five steps will assure the schedule, costs and quality meet the requirements of the project. Besides using the right tool, the knowledge and experiences of management are also play the significant roles to achieve the goal.
This study is using the methodology of Project Management System to plan, control and analyze the process of factory construction and take into the consideration for all the details to build an electric scooter factory in Taiwan. Using the lean system map (LSM) to analyze the data and finding out the discrepancies between the actual and target numbers, then resolve these discrepancies to improve the process and to make sure the goal of the project will be accomplished in the end.
