Moreover, many suppliers and investors had shifted their production centers into China, which further weaken the competitiveness. This paper offer throughly PEST analysis on global yachting industry.Using Diamond Model to exam Taiwan Yachting industry. Deep investigation on H Group, through managing tools of: Five forces &; SWOT analysis, KSF and sustainable core competitiveness, Business model research. Setting new course for Taiwan Yacht industry, and, best fit strategy for H Group.
