Development of Rotation Solid Substance Collecter on Botton by using water flow as power in indoor recirculation system for grouper nursery / 以排水為動力之底部旋轉除汙器應用於室內石斑魚中間育苗循環水系統的研發

碩士 / 國立臺灣海洋大學 / 水產養殖學系 / 101 / To lower the cannibalism of grouper fry in indoor nursery farm, grading and net cage are used widely, but the cages block water flow function of removing feces and residue feed. Therefore, intensive labor and time are consumed to clean those waste and change water to avoid spoiled water quality and decrease the possibility of disease outbreak. The laboratory has developed an air left solid substance collector and a rotation solid substance collector powered by water flow in grouper nursery to remove waste from tank bottom. However, there are improvements to face. Therefore, this study further improved the previous solid substance collector and enabled it more commercial and practical. In this study the water force from drainage power inner leaf fan in tube of the rotation solid substance collector, promote the center bar to turn gear, then by using the gear ratio of the speed characteristic to produce high torque force to drive wheel rotation, while rotate around the tank bottom, the slit of the tube suck waste on the bottom through the force from water into drainage.
In this study, four physical test and one fingerling culture experiment were carried out. In the physical tests found that the amount of removal waste was closely related with speed, and bearing was the key to run the equipment smoothly. In the fingerling culture trials, a designed rotation solid substance collector was installed to remove waste and ammonia, nitrite, nitrate concentrations were measured. The results showed that the water quality of tested group were better than those of control group. The second prototype with tail fin to decrease turbulence in wake region had balance problem due to its heavy weight and need be further improved. All over all the rotation solid substance collector on botton with glass beads in bearing had a better result on removing waste as compared with the collect tray installed in super intensive recirculation system.
