The experimental works include tuft and smoke visualizations for winds flow over the terrain model. visualization results show that the nearby region sulfur dioxide pollutant dispersion characteristics may be affected by the road engineering construction for Keelung harbor east side connection road as wind flow over the terrain for northeasterly and southwesterly winds.
