碩士 / 國立臺東大學 / 健康促進與休閒管理碩士在職專班 / 101 / The purpose of this study is to explore the East National Scenic Area tourism attraction, satisfaction and revisiting willingness by questionnaire survey tourists cognition and feelings on the East Coast National Scenic Area, as management unitsreference for future development planning and operational management. Time of this study, from 2012/10 to 2012/12, through convenience sampling method, to go to the East National Scenic Area tourists for the study, A total of 500 questionnaires were sent out and 459effective questionnaires were returned. The results are summarized as follows:
1.The tourists basic background information their gender〝female〞age〝31 to 40 years old〞,Occupation to〝agriculture, forestry, fishing and shepherds,〞education degree〝University Junior College hospital〞marital status〝married〞, personalmonthly income 〝NT$30001-50000〞, 〝eastern〞majorty.
2.Not the same variable items background items background tourists for sightseeing attract force difference between the situation:〝Marital status conditions〞no difference fronts exist;〝gender〞,〝age year〞,〝occupation〞,〝education level〞,〝personal monthly income〞,〝residence〞and other differences exist.
3.Not with the background change the items tourists on the service quality difference between the situation:〝gender〞,〝year age〞,〝education level〞, no difference between the〝marital status, living to〞 exist;〝occupation〞,〝personal monthly income.〞 and other differences exist.
4.Different background variables tourists satisfaction difference between the situation;〝Gender〞,〝occupation〞,no difference between the 〝Marital status conditions〞 such as exist; year age, 〝education level〞,〝personal monthly income〞,〝residence〞and other differences exist.
5.Different background variables tourists revisit willlingness difference between the situation:〝Gender〞, year age, no difference between the〝Marital status conditions〞such as exist;〝occupation〞,〝monthly personal income〞,〝live to〞have differences exist.
6.East Coast National Scenic Area tourists a〝tourist attraction of service quality〞,〝tourist attraction〞,〝tourist attraction to revisiting willingness〞,〝Service〞satisfaction〝service quality revisiting willingness satisfaction〞,〝satisfaction the revisiting willingness〞are related to the presence.
