碩士 / 國立臺東大學 / 生命科學系碩士班 / 101 / Abstract
Typhoon Morakot`s torrential rains and floods in southern Taiwan caused severe damage, also create Sinwulyu River Fish Refuge have maximum since hydrological record. this study to explore the impact of fish resources in the Refuge of the typhoon floods. include changes of fish communities in mainstream (larger changes in water turbidity) and the tributaries of Burakusan (always limpidity) in the Fish Refuge after Typhoon Morakot. Field surveys since November 2009. In the March 10, 2010 to April 15 set of 10 plots and in the June 15 to July 8 set of 6 plots to investigate by throw cast net every 30 meters to investigate the fish conditions during the mainstream water turbidity. In the April 28, 2011 to May 15 investigate 5 plots in mainstream and tributaries by Snorkeling. In March ,2012 set 21 plots and in may set 28 plots to investigate by Underwater video. On the basis of result, after Typhoon Morakot, the the number of Fish is very low in the mainstream in Sustainable Utilization Zones and Buffer Zones , since the end of 2011,Probably because the suspended solid particles in the mainstream was lower than 50NTU after the beginning of 2011, later although clear, higher than 50NTU suspended solid particles in the spring after heavy rain, and continued throughout the summer and autumn. The north tributary Burakusan river in Buffer Zones and Central Zones had more fish then the mainstream. In Burakusan river, the tributary of Sinwulyu River, the water is always limpidity. It could see Foraging Behavior of bottom algae feeding type fish, including Onychostoma alticorpus, Sicyopterus japonicas, Acrossocheilus paradoxus, and the omnivorous fish Candidia barbatus , but the sarcophagi fish Spinibarbus hollandi is fewer. We think the Typhoon Morakot had heavy effect of fish communities in Sinwulyu River Fish Refuge, after typhoon floods it kept turbid about a year and a half and that easy to turbidity due to heavy rain, it
