Owing to the reasons of the high temperature, A DC air-conditioning system with solar panel module was proposed to restrain the temperature of cabin when the vehicle is stop. The temperature can be decreased to 13℃ at windscreen, 6 ℃ at seats and 8 ℃ in the center of the vehicle very quickly, Vehicle temperature can be kept the same as outside. The driver will get comfortable in the vehicle at a lower temperature. It can last for about 2 hours connecting a 80AH battery. It can be continued longer by connecting with a solar panel module. Proposed idea offers a design reference for vehicle designers.
