Many Taiwanese business man there for farming because of its environment in Hainan, and focus on the policy of “Hainan International Tourist Island”, so, this thesis is talk about the the transformation of Leisure agriculture by the depth interviews and content analysis and take a case of Taiwanese business man.
According to the research, it good to develop if they could focus on the planning of the long and short-term by a SWOT analysis of sustainable development, included Economic issue, Social issue, and environment issue.
