碩士 / 世新大學 / 行政管理學研究所(含博、碩專班) / 101 / The objectives of this study are to examine the way personal background influences Organizational Citizenship Behaviors, Well-being and Knowledge sharing of the Coast Guard Administration personnel and to further explore the imter relationship among Organizational Citizenship Behaviors, Well-being and Knowledge sharing.
A questionnaire survey design was employed and quantitative research was adopted in this study, which sourced the empirical data from the Coast Guard Administration personnel. 256 questionnaires were issued and 238 were collected. Among those 238 questionnaire, 235(91.80%) were valid while the other 3 were invalid. Those collected questionnaires were later analysed using descriptive statistics, one way ANOVE, Pearson product moment correlation, and regression analysis.
The results of this study are as follows:
1.The CGA personnel with different personal background such as age, marriage status, education background, years of service and career background are significantly different in Organizational Citizenship Behaviors.
2.The CGA personnel with different personal background such as marriage status and years of service are significantly different in Well-being.
3.The CGA personnel with different personal background are slightly different in Knowledge sharing.
4.As a whole, the results of Organizational Citizenship Behaviors, Well-being and Knowledge sharing are above the average. Among them, Knowledge sharing has the best output, Organizational Citizenship Behavior has the secondary one, and Well-being has the worst one.
5.Well-being has positive influence on Organizational Citizenship Behaviors.
6.Well-being has positive influence on Knowledge sharing.
7.Organizational Citizenship Behaviors has positive influence on Knowledge sharing.
