The Relationship among Vocational Training Motivation, Learning satisfaction, Career Preparation and Ability Improvement of Youth: A Case of "Youth Employment Flagship Project" in the Yunlin-Chiayi-Tainan Region / 青年參與職業訓練之參訓動機、學習滿意度、職涯準備與能力提升之關係-以雲嘉南地區-「青年就業旗艦計畫」為例

The aim of this study is participated expire and completion training of the youth students in "Youth Employment Flagship Project" of the 100th anniversary of the Republic of China. To investigate their affect on learning satisfaction for career preparation and ability improvement; also understand the relationship and moderating effect between each items of training motivation for learning satisfaction, career preparation, and ability improvement. There are 208 valid questionnaires (61.2%) in the total 346 questionnaires via data analysis by 12.0 version of SPSS. The results show through training has a significant relationship between learning satisfaction, career preparation, and ability improvement. By analysis of training motivation, the youth students display moderating effect between learning satisfaction and career preparation. They also show moderating effect between learning satisfaction and ability improvement. The items of motivation of work experience and second professional for the youth students via training has enhancement result between learning satisfaction and career preparation.
