The Research on Water Creation of Daily Products / 「水」–生活產品之創作研究

碩士 / 東海大學 / 工業設計學系 / 101 / The creation of this thesis use “water” as the creative element. We found out the characteristics of water first, and then investigate water-related conception and products on the market. Through the analysis and discussion, we classified those literature data and put forward the concept development to devise the water-related innovative thinking and design. Moreover, the creation of this thesis uses "water" as the main creative element. We utilize the daily necessities in the home environment as the background to create six works,including WashingBall, Neo-sense Drinking Fountain, Bubble Light, Lighting Music, fish shelter and sofalifeboat to present human needs classes. According to Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs,the human needs classes include Physiological, Safety, Belongingness and Love,Esteem, and Self-Actualization needs. Then we took advantage of feeling level and perceived level of Psychology to conduct formulation of design techniques. Hoping people could reflect by each creation and realize the role and status of the water products in our daily life. The design method of this creation use human needs and the nature of water to intend design direction, and then we make a team to brainstorm so that the initial design produce an endless supply of ideas. However,the processes of product design also complied with innovative, practical and simple ideas. It clearly presented each of the design process and increased the breadth and depth of the design for expecting to achieve the perfection of product design.
