The Study of Building Information Modeling Applied in the Pier Facilities Maintenance Management System / 建築資訊模型應用於碼頭設施之維護管理系統研究

碩士 / 國立臺北科技大學 / 土木與防災研究所 / 101 / Because Taiwan is located in Sea plate junction, frequent earthquakes and typhoons and heavy rains often encounter, harbor facilities in the long years of suffering storm erosion results, very easy to make the old terminal facilities material deterioration and structural damage occurred to the problem, when an earthquake occurs the facility may cause damage not only to property damage severe, more likely to cause delays in the shipping trade activities shut down. In order to be able to maintain its terminal facilities and service performance and security reasons, a need for a comprehensive maintenance management system in order to ensure a smooth shipping trade.
Domestic pier facilities for the testing operations still remain in the paperwork. To facilities on-site detection by inspection personnel recorded in writing, and then bring them back to the input into the computer archive, so back and forth to the job is not only labor intensive and time, and the possible occurrence of the problem of data gaps, not only meet environmental demands and lack of efficiency. As rise of computerized concept of scientific management methods, Building Information Modeling technology is not only a graphic three-dimensional presentation, more input project information, to integrate information from a variety functions.
This study is based building information modeling techniques will be introduced at the terminal facilities maintenance management system among the terminal facility to render three-dimensional, easy to let inspectors will detect the data recorded in the building information model, the database management techniques can be combined to make relevant decision-makers access to historical information at any time, to achieve real-time, convenient purpose of the testing operations; inspectors also learned more clear appearance and location of facilities, login to the system through smart handheld devices, real-time project tap reduce the complexity of data collection time, conserve resources and enhance operational efficiency; prototype system of the institute established by actual testing, four engineers were measured that can effectively improve the efficiency of the management terminal facilities.
