Japan is suffered economic depression from“Lost Decades”since 1991, however, Japanese PCB industry has been taken a leading position in world wild since 1990’s end.IBIDEN is the one of most successfully company which results in following two primary directions:
1.Make good use of the “disperstiveness”overseas facilities advantages, taking price leadership.
2.Successfully transferred“unique competitive”to overseas factory.
The Japanese PCB industry accumulates oneself above 50 years the industrial experience transforms to remarkable production efficiency, makes the quality, the innovation research and development and the faster customer respond ability. The widespread duplication in the Asian area, lets the competitive advantage obtain the proliferation effect.
The PCB industry could be said as a railway engine of all the electron products.To strengthens the competitive power of Taiwan PCB industry may promote the domestic employment opportunity, economy growth.For the performance and the security consideration, the national defense uses weapon, the governmental agency uses computer, holds our country enterprise to have the self-made PCB factory and the technical strength also is quite important.The present paper take this as a starting point, analyzing the Japan PCB industry to let Taiwan PCB industry be able profit by observing others and the reference when makes the international expansion.
