Retrofit of the existing plant to a green facility—Desalination plant as an sample / 既有廠房改造為綠建築之探討 —以海水淡化廠為例

碩士 / 東南科技大學 / 防災科技研究所 / 101 / Taiwan's current building regulations have required the construction of new public buildings which budget is more than fifty million dollar or more, are required to pass the green building audits. Although not mandatory needs through a specific level of EEWH (just qualified level ), but can already see the Taiwanese government pay more attention to the construction industry. This can lead more civil construction industry together toward a more energy-efficient, healthier vision.
Therefore, this study starts with literature review of the EEWH nine indicators. And then, evaluate of the desalination plant on Magong with EEWH nine indicators to assess Magong desalination plant in order to meet the green building requirement. In the final, result of the possible and give practical suggestions will raise.
The conclusions from this study can be obtained, stratified greening and construction of solar panels can be a significant reduction in carbon dioxide emissions, this result in an increasingly serious global warming, although the data may see little, but the significance of carbon reduction is truly important. Although solar panel energy production is approximately 67,492 kW-hr per month, in the high-energy consumption desalination plant is insignificant, but the value for CO2 reduction cannot be underestimated. In the future of solar panels convert power if considerable progress, this plan will be more valuable.
Taiwan's EEWH Assessment Manual has increasingly detailed, all kinds of new and old buildings, factories, communities have their special specifications, so if there is more research to promote green building through a comprehensive evaluation system to all levels of units not just the government but the everyone can support the overall popularity makes people all have sustainability, health concept is this paper will suffice.
